Complaints regarding defective products must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
An unboxing video of the item is compulsory to initiate the replacement or refund process.
We do not accept returns for any reason other than receiving a defective product.

Once your complaint is registered, we will guide you through the next steps for returning the defective product.
